Data we process
We may process the data you provide when requesting information: name, phone number, email address, profile (individual, self-employed, or company), service of interest, and message content.
The initial form does not allow attachments. Please avoid including passwords, bank details, copies of identity documents, or sensitive information in your message unless strictly necessary to explain your inquiry.
If you later instruct us to proceed with a service, we will let you know what documentation is needed and provide the relevant additional data protection information.
Technical navigation data and the use of external services are described in the corresponding sections and in the Cookies Policy.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to:
- Respond to requests for information and quotes, and perform pre-contractual steps requested by the interested party. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures.
- Provide and manage contracted services. The legal basis is the performance of the contract.
- Manage professional communications with individuals acting on behalf of a company. When applicable, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining that professional relationship, limited to the necessary data.
- Comply with legal obligations applying to the entity, including document retention when applicable. The legal basis is compliance with these obligations.
- Handle other inquiries unrelated to a potential contract. When no other legal basis applies, we will request the specific necessary consent.
- Obtain web usage statistics using optional tools, strictly when they are configured, disclosed, and with the required consent.
We will not use inquiry data to send advertising or newsletters. If this purpose is added in the future, it will be communicated beforehand with a suitable, separate legal basis.
Necessary data
In the contact form, your name and at least one way of contacting you (phone or email) are required; the message is optional. Without this minimum information we cannot reply to your enquiry.
Please include in the message only what is necessary to explain your enquiry.
Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by providers delivering services necessary for the website's operation, hosting, email, and inquiry management, under the conditions and guarantees corresponding to their role.
When a service is contracted, data may be communicated to administrations, registries, or other entities whose involvement is necessary for the procedure, as well as when there is a legal obligation.
A mere inquiry through the website does not involve the automatic sending of data to the DGT or other bodies.
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising.
WhatsApp and Google Maps
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the message prepared on the website (including the details you type into the form) is passed to WhatsApp so that you can review and send it from there. We will use the data you provide to deal with your request. WhatsApp also processes data under its own privacy policy. You can use the other contact channels available instead.
The integrated Google Maps remains blocked until you authorize it to load. By activating it, the provider will receive technical connection information and may use browser storage in accordance with the information provided in the cookie settings.
Retention
Inquiries will be kept for the time necessary to address and follow up on them.
If an assignment is formalized, the necessary information will be added to the file and retained for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by applicable legal obligations.
Once the purpose of the processing is fulfilled, the data will be deleted or, when applicable, kept blocked during the periods of limitation for liabilities. They will not be kept indefinitely for possible future uses.
The duration of browser storage and analytics tools is detailed in the Cookies Policy.
Rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or deletion, the limitation of processing, objection, and portability, in the cases provided for by law.
When processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights by writing to info@asgeme.com or by post to the data controller's address, stating which right you wish to exercise. Additional information will only be requested to verify your identity when necessary.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: https://www.aepd.es/.
Automated decisions
No decisions are made solely on the basis of automated processing that produce legal or similar effects on people contacting through the web.

This policy will be updated when the purposes, services or relevant conditions of the processing change. The date of the last update is shown at the end of this page.
